Download the latest version at: http://www.4team.biz/download.asp and save the downloaded file to an easy-to-find location.
Install the product by clicking on the downloaded setup file.
Follow the installation instructions that can be found here.
To add note to selected item, do the following:

Select an email, a contact, a task or calendar event.
Then click the Add Note button on the Notes2 toolbar on your Microsoft Outlook toolbar or from the right click menu.
Enter note text into the new note opened form and, if needed, apply additional Notes2 actions to this note.

Default note and items with note appearance settings can be customized in the Notes2 Options form.
